- Prices are given in EURO. Formula 1 Grand Prix, Easter and New Year's Eve periods have different prices.
- Prices include all taxes, no hidden charges! Cleaning is available upon request for extra charge only.
- Children under 6 years old stay free of charge and children 6-12 years old can stay for 5 EUR/night.
- Fold out beds are available in each apartment at an additional charge (5 EUR/night)
- 10% discount in case of staying min. 5 nights.
Payment: Unfortunately no credit cards or cheques accepted, only cash payment upon arrival.
Cancellation policy: Notice of cancellation is required 7 days prior to arrival.
Long Stays and Relocations: for longer stays and relocations, it is often possible to obtain rate reductions, depending upon the availability and the length of stay. We will always do our very best to offer you the lowest available rate possible.
